Suro Sleep Pod

1. Charging
   
   Connect your Sleep Pod and charge it for about thirty minutes before using it. Avoid charging longer than two hours to keep the battery in good condition.
   
2. Starting the Device
   
   Press and hold the side power button for five seconds to turn it on. It begins in a gentle pulse pattern that helps you settle.
   
   If you want a different rhythm, press the power button once to switch between slow and fast pulse modes.
   
3. Using Your Sleep Pod
   
   Place the device in your palm with the metal surface against your skin.
   
   This placement targets the PC8 point in the center of the hand, linked to easing tension and supporting rest. It also influences the TW2 and TW3 points along the Triple Warmer pathway that relate to steadiness and calm.
   

For evening use or preparing for sleep, hold it in your left hand.

For daytime use and steady focus, hold it in your right hand.

Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the intensity until it feels comfortable.

4. Session Duration

Each session lasts about twenty minutes. The Sleep Pod will turn off automatically when the session ends so you can relax without any extra steps.
